MSS Studios Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of bookings made with MSS Studios. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a cancellation.
2. Booking Cancellation
2.1. Clients may cancel their booking(s) subject to the following conditions:

2.2.1. Standard Bookings: For bookings without specific cancellation terms, clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking start time without incurring any charges.
2.2.2. Special or Custom Bookings: Some bookings may have specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. In such cases, the terms agreed upon in writing will apply.
3. Cancellation Request Procedure
3.1. To request a cancellation, clients must notify MSS Studios in writing via email at [email protected].
3.2. MSS Studios will acknowledge the cancellation request and provide confirmation of the cancellation via email.
4. Cancellation Charges
4.1. Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 10 days but not less than 48 hours before can be rescheduled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the full hire fee. The deposit (if paid) will be refunded.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
6. Changes by MSS Studios
6.1. HOM Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. MSS Studios shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

We ask for a £100 security deposit for all reservations, and it will be fully refunded if the studio remains in the same condition as when you arrived. This deposit is due 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, and we will send a separate invoice to cover it. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

By using MSS Studios services and facilities, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1. To make a reservation or booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details. MSS Studios will contact you via email to confirm your booking and to provide your pin code for entry to the studio.
2.2. Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from MSS Studios.
2.3. Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2.4. Reservations must be made 5 working days prior to arrival.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for services must be made in advance or in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
3.2. MSS Studios reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time, with prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in our cancellation policy to be eligible for a refund.
4.2. MSS Studios reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment or charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1. Users of MSS Studios facilities are responsible for their conduct and must adhere to all house rules and guidelines.
5.2. MSS Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
6. Security Deposit
6.1. MSS Studios requires a security deposit for all bookings. The deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection and compliance with our terms and conditions. The security deposit is required 48 hours prior to your arrival.
6.2. In your welcome pack, you will find a comprehensive list of all the items available at MSS Studios. Upon your arrival at MSS Studios, we kindly request that you carefully review this list to ensure that you can locate all the specified items. If, for any reason, you cannot find an item listed, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. One of our team members will promptly assist you in confirming the availability of the item. If we do not receive any communication from you, we will assume your agreement with the inventory list as provided in the welcome pack. After your scheduled time slot has concluded, and you have departed the premises, a member of our team will conduct a thorough inventory check to verify the presence of all items listed in the welcome pack. If any items are found to be missing, the cost of replacing these items will be deducted from your security deposit. In the event that the replacement costs exceed the security deposit amount, we will seek reimbursement through other means. Any damages incurred during your stay at MSS Studios must be reported promptly to [email protected] to prevent potential loss of your security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio, and any evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. MSS Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment during your use of our facilities.
7.2. You are responsible for your own activities while in the studio. We are hiring the studio for you to use as an adult-themed photographic and movie studio. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury sustained in the studio during your hire or any damage or loss of personal items. By entering the venue, you agree to these terms.
8. Termination of Services
8.1. MSS Studios reserves the right to terminate services and access to facilities at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
